HPNA Halloween

New Residents to Highland Park- Trick-or-Treating is quite popular in the neighborhood. This is especially true for Owen & Central. The City of Lafayette does not designate Trick or Treat hours but 6 to 8pm is common. If you don’t wish to participate, please leave your porch light off. Be safe and have fun!
